My fees reflect the scope of your event and the level of support you choose. We discuss your priorities and budget, then agree on the services and planning fee before we begin.

Fees charged by venues and other service professionals are separate from my planning fee. We’ll clarify what is included so you can make informed decisions.

Absolutely. We can build on the arrangements you have already made and identify where you still need support.

I offer flexible assistance, including booking services and day-of-event coordination. You don’t need to start over—we’ll work together on what remains to be done.

When you book me as your day-of-event coordinator, I personally coordinate your celebration. For a large wedding, an assistant works alongside me.

If you prefer an option at a lower fee, you can book an associate event coordinator with my supervision. We’ll discuss the arrangements and make clear who will be working with you before you book.
